1. Acceptance
By using ADS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. What ADS is — and what it is not
ADS is a software platform that uses AI to provide legal-information research, document drafting assistance, and practical guidance. ADS is operated by Agentic Agentic Enterprises (see agentic2x.ai).
ADS is not a law firm. ADS does not provide legal advice. Use of ADS does not create an attorney-client relationship. See our UPL Disclaimer.
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any output and for the consequences of how you use it. Always consult a licensed attorney admitted in your jurisdiction before relying on ADS output for any legal action.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. By using ADS you represent that you are.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@adslaw.ai of any unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ADS to generate content that violates law (defamation, fraud, harassment, illegal threats)
- Attempt to bypass usage metering, jailbreak persona prompts, or extract training data
- Use the platform to practice law if you are not licensed in the relevant jurisdiction
- Resell, white-label, or redistribute ADS output as your own work product without written permission
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or load-test the platform without prior written consent
- Upload content you do not have the right to upload, including privileged documents of third parties
6. Pricing & payments
- Microtransaction credits are non-refundable once consumed; unconsumed credits are refundable for 30 days from purchase
- Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of the current billing period
- Phone-consultation codes expire 7 days from purchase
- All prices in USD; sales tax added where required
- Payments processed by Stripe; their terms apply to the payment transaction
7. Intellectual property
Your content. You own what you upload and what AI generates from your prompts. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the platform. We do not use your content to train models unless you opt in.
Our content. The platform code, brand, logos, designs, and templates are owned by Agentic Agentic Enterprises.
Output. AI-generated text in response to your prompts is yours to use. You are responsible for verifying its accuracy and any third-party rights it may implicate.
8. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ADS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUT IS ACCURATE, CURRENT, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AI MODELS HALLUCINATE. CITATIONS MAY BE INCORRECT. STATUTES MAY HAVE CHANGED SINCE TRAINING DATA WAS COLLECTED.
NOTHING ON THE PLATFORM CONSTITUTES LEGAL ADVICE.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: ADS, its operators, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or substitute services, arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADS from claims arising from your use of platform output, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
You can stop using ADS any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts for material breach with notice; for severe abuse (e.g., illegal content) we may act immediately. Upon termination, your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in San Bernardino County, California, except as required by consumer-protection law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here and emailed to registered users at least 30 days before effect.
